• Loan Disbursement and Repayment: Disburse loans directly through an employee’s payslip, specifying the repayment amount. Deductions will automatically occur during payroll processing based on the defined schedule.

• Savings Deduction and Distribution: Deduct monthly savings contributions from employee salaries. Upon request, distribute these accumulated savings to employees.

• Payslip Transparency: All loan balances, repayment amounts, and savings contributions are clearly displayed on employee payslips for easy tracking and transparency.
