View your current stock levels of your chemical products in the Chemical Product Inventory report.

List of all chemicals

Click on the + icon next too stock total to update the current stock of this product. Click on the "+ Stock" button to record the first stock take for this product.

Only when you record a first stock take for a product will you be able to view the usage and purchases

• Stock Date - The date of the last stock take for this product. If the field is empty there are no previous stock takes

• Stock total - The stock take value on the stock take date

• Previous balance - The stock level prior to stock take date

• Stock variance - The difference between the stock level prior to stock take

• Code - Inventory code of the product

• Product

• Current - The current calculated stock level. Current stock = (latest stock take value) + (all purchases after the stock take date) - (all usage after the stock take date)

• Purchases - All product purchased after stock take date

• Applied - all product applied after stock take date
