Fuel Issue Consumption

View all the fuel issues to your assets and manage errors and warnings.

Error Status

If there is a problem with a fuel issue, one of the following statuses will be assigned to it. Hover over the icon in the first column to view the details.

• Review - This fuel issue was marked as under review on the device. Chances are that the supervisor made an error while capturing the fuel issue

• Under Investigation - The fuel issue was marked as under investigation on the Portal. This is when there is not sufficient information to resolve the problem

• Resolved - The problem with the fuel issue was resolved without changing the information

• Start or end Meter - The start or end meter reading does not match the previous or next fuel issue

• Max Reading - The maximum kilometers or hours between two tanks was exceeded, configure this value when creating a new fuel asset

• Consumption Exceeded - The maximum liters per hour or minimum kilometers per liter was exceeded, configure this value when creating a new fuel asset

• Negative Reading - The hour or kilometer reading is less than the previous fuel issue

• Capacity Exceeded - The amount of fuel issued to the asset exceeded the preconfigured value
